Noise Lands $5.5M Seed to Pay Everyday Creators Per View
Creator-marketing platform Noise has raised a $5.5 million seed round, bringing its total funding to $7.2 million, as it pushes a pay-per-view model that lets anyone with a smartphone earn from brand campaigns.
Capital Midwest, M25 and Grishin Robotics led the round, with Capitalize VC and operators from companies including DoorDash also taking part. The new capital lifts Noise's total raise to $7.2 million.
The company pitches itself as a cheaper alternative to hiring traditional influencers or running standard advertising campaigns. Brands sign up to post content briefs along with a budget, while creators browse campaigns and produce posts for whichever platforms they prefer — TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Instead of a flat fee, Noise pays creators based on views, and the startup collects a fee from what brands pay once those views are delivered.
CEO Diego Kafie said the platform's top creators earn more than six figures a year. Noise reports that 1.5 million creators have joined so far, and the app is open to anyone regardless of follower count.
Founders Kafie, Stu Feldt and Nic Weber launched Noise in 2025 after spending two years building a mobile game app called Playbite. The trio is now targeting the wider creator economy, which Noise says has drawn interest from 57% of young people and just over 40% of U.S. adults overall who want to take part.
Noise joins a group of content-creator infrastructure companies, including Billo and JoinBrands, that are building tools around brand-and-creator matchmaking.
