TRGC Opens Forth & Main Scottish-American Diner at Edinburgh Airport
Travel hospitality operator TRGC has launched Forth & Main, a Scottish-American diner concept exclusively at Edinburgh Airport, welcoming its first customers on 30 June.
The restaurant occupies the former BrewDog location at Scotland's busiest airport. Forth & Main offers an all-day food and beverage proposition that combines American diner classics with Scottish-inspired dishes, alongside coffee, cocktails, and a full bar service.
The concept is part of TRGC's strategy to develop proprietary hospitality brands tailored to individual airport locations. The name references both Scotland's Firth of Forth and the traditional American Main Street, reflecting the venue's Scottish-American positioning.
Interior design draws on vintage Americana alongside Edinburgh-inspired elements, with bespoke artwork created exclusively for the venue. The diner aims to provide a distinctive dining experience for travellers passing through Edinburgh Airport.
