The Langham, Custom House, Bangkok has begun accepting bookings for stays beginning 20 December 2026, marking the opening of its latest property. The hotel will be housed in a contemporary building adjacent to the historic Custom House, a site associated with the reign of King Rama V.

The hotel will offer 60 guestrooms and 15 suites designed to blend residential elegance with modern comfort. Interiors draw on natural textures, soft lighting and subtle Siamese influences, with many accommodations overlooking peaceful courtyards, the Bangkok skyline or the river alongside the hotel's facade.

Design details pay homage to Thai heritage, including sculptural bathtubs in brushed metal inspired by gilded finishes and coinage from the King Rama V era. Geometric etching references rhombus mosaic patterns found in Thai temples, while bespoke decorative lighting reinterprets royal emblems and ceremonial weaponry.

Suites further develop these narrative elements to evoke the grandeur associated with Thai nobility. The overall ambiance reflects a dialogue between heritage and contemporary craftsmanship, balanced by The Langham's signature palette and modern amenities.
