Ferrari Trento and Areas MyChef Open Premium Restaurant at Rome Fiumicino

Ferrari Trento and Areas MyChef have opened a 70-seat restaurant at Rome Fiumicino Airport's non-Schengen Terminal 3, featuring Trentodoc sparkling wines and Italian cuisine.

The new venue, called Ferrari Spazio Bollicine, is located on the first-floor food court above the luxury retail area. It offers table service only and combines Ferrari Trento's Trentodoc sparkling wines with a refined Italian dining concept tailored for international travelers.

The restaurant marks the return of the Ferrari Spazio Bollicine concept to Fiumicino following airport redevelopment. The original location debuted in 2013, and the concept later expanded to Milan Malpensa and Milan Linate airports.

The menu was created by Michelin-starred chef Edoardo Fumagalli of Locanda Margon and Areas MyChef Executive Chef Michelangelo Citino. Breakfast offerings were developed by renowned pastry chef Iginio Massari.

Guests can sample Ferrari Trento's Trentodoc sparkling wines by the glass, including reserve labels, and purchase the brand's principal expressions for take-away. The drinks selection also includes wines from Tenute Lunelli, Segnana grappas, Tassoni soft drinks, and cocktails, alongside a rotating selection of Italian wines.
