Tiffany & Co. Opens First Blue Box Café in Singapore
Tiffany & Co. is launching its first official Blue Box Café in Singapore, located within its ION Orchard flagship store. The café, developed with three-Michelin-starred chef Julien Royer, offers a menu blending American, French, and Singaporean flavors.
The new Blue Box Café will occupy the third floor of the Tiffany & Co. flagship store at ION Orchard, marking the brand's first permanent dining venue in Asia. The space is designed to evoke the jeweler's New York heritage while providing an immersive luxury experience.
Chef Julien Royer, chef-owner of the three-Michelin-starred Odette and sister restaurant Claudine, collaborated on the menu. It features American-inspired dishes with French techniques and incorporates local Singaporean ingredients and flavors.
The café will serve breakfast, afternoon tea, and all-day dining, aiming to attract both shoppers and food enthusiasts. The launch represents Tiffany & Co.'s expansion into luxury hospitality, following the success of its Blue Box Café in New York.
Singapore's vibrant luxury retail scene and position as a regional hub make it a strategic location for the brand's hospitality venture. The café is expected to open later this year, though an exact date has not been announced.
