TAV Operation Services unveils Treva platform to manage the full airport journey
TAV Operation Services has introduced Treva, a digital platform that consolidates airport services from duty-free shopping to lounge access, with the goal of streamlining the entire traveller experience.
TAV Airports subsidiary TAV Operation Services officially rolled out Treva in March, positioning the digital platform as a single gateway for travellers navigating airports. The system integrates lounge access, fast-track security, food and beverage, duty-free retail, private transfers, car rental, parking, live flight updates, terminal navigation and Wi-Fi connections.
In an interview, TAV OS Chief Marketing and Digital Officer Aylin Alpay said the platform was designed to evolve beyond a conventional marketplace. She described Treva as a tool for managing the complete airport journey, allowing passengers to order goods and services before they arrive at the terminal.
Treva also taps TAV OS's broader operational and commercial expertise across the airport ecosystem. The company aims to position itself as a leading hospitality partner, helping airports develop and implement their own customer service strategies.
The reach of the platform extends well beyond individual airports. Treva provides access to lounges at more than 300 travel hubs worldwide and car rental services in 160 countries, according to the company. Alpay said the model opens the door for collaboration across mobility, retail, financial services and digital solutions.
