Mondrian Cancun Opens as Brand’s First All-Inclusive Resort

Mondrian Cancun has officially opened between the Caribbean Sea and Nichupté Lagoon, marking the lifestyle brand’s debut in the all-inclusive segment with 400 rooms, multiple pools, and a design-led guest experience.

The new property sits on a prime stretch of Cancún coastline, offering views of both the sea and the lagoon. All 400 guestrooms and suites follow Mondrian’s signature clean architectural lines and refined detailing, with soft neutral tones and tactile textures that let the natural landscape stand out. Each room opens to a private terrace or balcony with sweeping water views.

Rather than a fixed itinerary, the resort encourages guests to explore at their own pace, from morning relaxation to DJ-led pool sessions and nightlife. The all-inclusive stay covers spacious accommodations, all dining and beverages, entertainment, fitness, programming, and recreation.

Three distinct pools provide different perspectives, including two overlooking Nichupté Lagoon and The Observatory, an adults-only rooftop pool with sightlines across Cancún. Wellness amenities include a 24-hour fitness studio, daily movement classes, and mindful programming. Guests also receive preferred access to Bungalow Beach Club for the turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean.

For a more tailored experience, premium add-ons are available, such as access to a neighboring golf club designed by Japanese golfer Isao Aoki, private pool cabanas, excursions to lagoons, cenotes and Mayan archaeological sites, romantic dinners for two, and bespoke celebrations.
