Luxury Resumes Growth But Lags Boom-Era Peaks

Luxury sales returned to growth in the first half of the year, driven mainly by the United States and a slight pick-up in China. The rebound, however, has not been enough to bring the sector back to the exceptional levels seen in the years immediately following the pandemic.

The recovery was uneven across markets, with the US providing the strongest boost, while China's contribution was described as modest. Despite the renewed expansion, the overall performance suggests the industry has yet to fully regain the momentum of the post-Covid boom.
