Kempinski Debuts 279-Apartment Residences The Creek in Dubai
Kempinski Group has launched Kempinski Residences The Creek, a 279-apartment branded residential project in Dubai developed with boutique firm Swiss Property, with a second Dubai project, Kempinski Marina Residences, set for 2029.
The development places the hospitality group's branded residences in one of Dubai's most scenic districts, with apartments oriented toward panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa, Creek Harbour and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
The project is being built by Swiss Property, a Dubai-based boutique developer focused on premium and luxury contemporary homes that emphasises design, art and engineering.
Resident facilities include a state-of-the-art gym, a yoga studio, squash and padel courts, butler service, an all-day dining restaurant, a spa and round-the-clock security. Family provisions include an indoor children's room and an outdoor park.
Kempinski, described as Europe's oldest luxury hospitality company, said the project carries its 150-year hospitality legacy into a setting that sits between a wildlife reserve and the wider Dubai metropolis.
The group is also preparing Kempinski Marina Residences, scheduled to launch in 2029 at Dubai Marina.
