House of Suntory Opens Pop-Up and Permanent Space at Paris CDG Airport
The House of Suntory, in partnership with Extime Duty Free, has launched a pop-up store in Terminal 1 and a permanent brand space in Terminal 2 at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, offering immersive whisky tastings and experiences.
The dual opening at Paris CDG Airport introduces travelers to the craftsmanship and heritage of The House of Suntory's Japanese whisky portfolio. The pop-up in Terminal 1 provides an immersive introduction to Japanese culture and Omotenashi hospitality through guided tastings and sensory experiences centered on flagship whiskies Yamazaki, Hibiki, and Hakushu.
The activation features three dedicated zones highlighting prestige expressions from the brand's vintage and luxury collections. Offerings include Hakushu 18 Year Old, Hibiki 21 Year Old, Yamazaki 18 Year Old, Yamazaki 12 Year Old, Hibiki Harmony Master Select, and Hakushu 12 Year Old. The experience also showcases the Hibiki 12 Year Old Travel Exclusive.
In Terminal 2, a vibrant new brand space offers another touchpoint for travelers to explore Suntory's whisky artistry. The partnership with Extime Duty Free, the joint venture between Lagardère Travel Retail and Groupe ADP, underscores the growing trend of luxury brand activations in travel retail.
