Hong Kong Airport Seeks Bids for Two F&B Concessions in Terminal 1

Airport Authority Hong Kong has launched tenders for a boutique restaurant and a coffee shop concession at Hong Kong International Airport's Terminal 1 and Midfield Concourse.

The boutique restaurant concession includes a 166-square-metre outlet on Level 7 of Departures East Hall, along with a dedicated 71-square-metre supporting kitchen on Level 5 at the Arrivals Central Concourse.

The coffee shop concession comprises a 102-square-metre outlet on Level 6 of the Midfield Concourse, supplemented by a 34-square-metre support facility at Level 1 of HKIA Tower 2.

All proposals must be submitted by 28 August at 4:00 pm Hong Kong time. Tender documents are available through AAHK's electronic tendering system, ePROS.

AAHK stated that HKIA is a world-class transport hub and aims to offer premium dining experiences for passengers through these new concessions.
