Estée Lauder Names Justin Boxford Global President of Luxury Beauty Brands

Justin Boxford’s remit is expanding to include La Mer, Estée Lauder, Aerin, Darphin Paris and Lab Series in his new role as global president, luxury beauty brands at The Estée Lauder Cos. The appointment is part of a broader leadership reorganization announced by the company.

The restructuring follows the planned retirement of Sandra Main, global brand president of La Mer and skin care brands, at the end of the year. Boxford is no stranger to La Mer, having led the brand from 2017 to 2022 before taking on other responsibilities.

In addition, Erica Kwok has been appointed senior vice president and general manager of the Estée Lauder brand. Kwok joined the global brand from Asia-Pacific in 2021 and has since led marketing, product development and global growth efforts.

Magalie Parksuwan will continue in her role as senior vice president and general manager of La Mer, reporting directly to Boxford. She will also take on oversight of Darphin Paris and Lab Series, supporting Pierre-Olivier Garcin, who remains senior vice president and general manager of those two brands.

The leadership changes are designed to streamline brand management across the luxury portfolio as the company transitions its brand leadership structure.
