Equinox Resort AMAALA Opens at Triple Bay

Set within the Marina Village at Triple Bay, the resort draws inspiration from the surrounding Red Sea landscape—its coastline, marine environment, and mountains—for its architectural and interior narrative. Foster + Partners led the design, with interiors shaped by Rockwell Group.

Accommodation spans six categories across 128 rooms and suites, including two penthouse suites. The development also includes 21 branded residences.

The property introduces the largest fitness facility in AMAALA, with 704 square meters of indoor and outdoor training space, forming the backbone of a broader performance-and-regeneration experience tied to Equinox's wellness ecosystem.

Guest rooms are conceived as environments for deep recovery, informed by Equinox Hotels' sleep science platform. Features include circadian lighting calibrated to support the body's internal clock, advanced acoustic isolation to minimize sleep disruption, and precision climate control engineered for optimal rest.

The opening marks Equinox's second hotel globally and its first outside the United States, bringing the brand's integrated ecosystem of movement, nutrition, regeneration, and community to the Red Sea coast.
