Bar Camillo to Open in Rosewood Hong Kong, Uniting Two No. 1 Hospitality Names

Bar Camillo, a new Hong Kong bar linked to Bar Leone, will open inside Rosewood Hong Kong on November 25, pairing the world’s top-ranked bar with the world’s top-ranked hotel.

Bar Leone’s Justin Shun Wah and Lorenzo Antinori are leading the project with Rosewood Hong Kong’s hospitality team. The new venue is set to open on November 25 inside the hotel.

Bar Leone opened in 2023 as an Italian-inspired neighbourhood bar and became the first Asian bar to take the global No. 1 spot in 2025, then repeated the feat in 2026. Rosewood Hong Kong has retained the top position on The 50 Best Hotels list for 2026.

Bar Camillo is designed around the salotto concept, an Italian living-room setting associated with social gatherings, conversation and long, relaxed visits. The plans call for mid-century interiors in alpine green and gold, along with a terrace.

The drinks programme will include seasonal cocktails and a build-your-own Negroni served from a bespoke trolley. The collaboration places two top-ranked hospitality names in the same Hong Kong address, with Bar Leone’s ranking on The 50 Best Bars list and Rosewood’s position on The 50 Best Hotels list.
