Antalya Airport Selected to Host FAB 2027 Conference
The 2027 Airport Food & Beverage + Hospitality Conference and Awards will take place at Antalya Airport in Turkey on 3-4 June, as announced at the close of this year’s event in Bangalore.
The Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Conference and Awards will be held in Antalya, Turkey, on 3-4 June 2027, with the city’s international airport serving as host. The announcement was made at the conclusion of FAB 2026, which was hosted by Bangalore International Airport Limited.
Fraport TAV Antalya Airport, a joint venture between Fraport and TAV Airports, will oversee the event. The venue for the 2027 conference has yet to be confirmed.
Dr Frank Quante, General Manager of Fraport TAV Antalya Airport, described the FAB conference as a key global platform demonstrating how airports are transforming into destinations focused on hospitality, gastronomy, and passenger experience. He noted that innovative food and beverage concepts and premium services are critical to shaping the future of airports.
Food and beverage operations at Antalya Airport are managed by the BFA joint venture, which combines BTA (a TAV Airports subsidiary) and Fraport Group. The event will bring together industry leaders to discuss trends in airport dining and hospitality.
