Alo Yoga to open first German stores in Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Düsseldorf
The US activewear brand is expanding into Germany with plans for physical stores in four major cities.
Alo Yoga is preparing to enter the German market with its first brick-and-mortar locations. The Los Angeles-based company is currently recruiting staff for stores in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Cologne, and Munich.
The expansion marks a significant step for the brand, which until now has focused on direct-to-consumer sales and a handful of flagship stores in the US and UK. Germany will be the brand's third physical market in Europe.
The activewear label is known for its premium yoga and lifestyle apparel, often worn by celebrities and fitness influencers. Alo Yoga has built a strong online following and is now leveraging that demand into physical retail space.
Job listings suggest the German stores will be located in prime shopping districts, though exact addresses have not been confirmed. The brand is expected to open doors later this year or in early 2025.
