Sticki Rolls turns YouTube fame into Gen Alpha retail push
Sticki Rolls, a toy brand launched in 2024, is leveraging its billion-view YouTube presence to expand into physical retail and pop-ups targeting Gen Alpha.
The toy brand behind Sticki Rolls sticker books is moving from YouTube stardom to physical retail. Launched in 2024, the brand has accumulated more than a billion YouTube views and nearly 1.9 million subscribers through unboxing videos and trading hauls.
The signature sticker books first launched in specialty stores and on Amazon, then entered Target. In late 2025, Sticki Rolls expanded into Walmart, its largest retailer to date, and is now sold in more than 60 countries.
Earlier this month, the brand held a pop-up at Chillhouse nail studio in New York City, offering custom sticker manicures. The activation aims to connect its online community with the growing physical retail presence.
Last year, the Sticki Book received Creative Toy of the Year at the 60th U.K. Toy Industry Awards. Jazwares, the manufacturing partner that licenses and distributes the brand, works closely with Sticki Rolls founders, according to Michelle Wong, senior vice president of global marketing at Jazwares.
The brand's strategy focuses on building on YouTube-driven momentum, translating creator buzz into a collectible franchise for Gen Alpha.
