Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection Secures $167M Equity Injection

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has closed a capital agreement worth over $300 million, including a $167 million equity injection and $171 million in deferred amortization, to fund its ongoing expansion.

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has announced the successful close of a planned capital agreement totaling more than $300 million. The package includes a $167 million equity infusion from shareholders and approximately $171 million in deferred amortization, which restructures debt to align with revenue growth.

President and CEO Ernesto Fara said the capital support demonstrates confidence in the luxury yacht market and the company's strategy. "Our shareholders and lenders have together committed more than $300 million in capital support – equity and an amortization structure that better aligns our debt profile with the continued ramp up of our revenues," he stated.

Since launching its first yacht, Evrima, in late 2022, the company has scaled rapidly, delivering three luxury yachts in under four years. The vessels now operate across key global regions. With the second and third yachts entering service in quick succession, near-term occupancy reflects the expanded berth base, while revenue, pricing, and bookings have all grown strongly.

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection positions itself uniquely in luxury travel, combining the service standards of The Ritz-Carlton with the intimacy and personalization of a yacht. The new capital ensures completion of the current ramp phase as the fleet fills its added capacity.
