Ritz-Carlton to debut its first EMEA all-inclusive resort in Kemer, Türkiye
Marriott International has signed an agreement with Özak GYO to bring The Ritz-Carlton, Kemer, All-Inclusive to Türkiye's Antalya region, marking the brand's first luxury all-inclusive property in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The property, to be branded The Ritz-Carlton, Kemer, All-Inclusive, is planned for the coastal town of Kemer in Türkiye's Antalya region. It is expected to open in 2028.
The resort will sit between a forested landscape and more than 1.2 kilometers of coastline. Kemer lies between the Mediterranean and the Taurus Mountains, a setting the destination is known for alongside its coastal scenery and cultural attractions.
Planned accommodation covers 141 guestrooms and suites, plus a collection of one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom villas designed for a more private stay.
Marriott and Özak GYO worked with Servotel, a hospitality consultancy, on the project.
For Marriott, the signing extends the Ritz-Carlton brand into the all-inclusive segment in the EMEA region for the first time.
