Nammos Hotels Plans Luxury Resort and Residences in Montenegro's Smokva Bay

Nammos Hotels & Resorts has announced a landmark partnership to create a new luxury coastal development at Smokva Bay in Montenegro, just ten minutes from the iconic island of Sveti Stefan.

The project will comprise 117 keys, including 47 hotel suites, 61 branded residences and nine branded villas. It is designed to celebrate Montenegro's rugged natural landscape while establishing a new benchmark for Adriatic luxury living.

Each residence is inspired by Mediterranean elegance and Greek architecture, maximizing natural light and sea views. The development will also offer signature dining, curated retail and wellness experiences, reflecting the Nammos brand's signature lifestyle offering.

The destination is conceived as one of Montenegro's most ambitious coastal developments, blending coastal heritage with contemporary design in harmony with the surrounding mountains and crystal-clear Adriatic waters.
