Katia Beauchamp Unveils Nail Care Brand Buff Beauty
Birchbox cofounder Katia Beauchamp has launched Buff Beauty, a 22-SKU nail care line that applies skincare principles to nails, featuring designer tools created with jewelry designer Susana Vega.
Katia Beauchamp, the cofounder of Birchbox and former chief executive officer of Victoria Beckham Beauty, has returned to the beauty industry with a new venture: Buff Beauty. The brand, which focuses on natural nail health rather than polish, offers a 22-SKU collection of products and tools.
The idea for Buff Beauty came together about a year ago, Beauchamp explained, driven by the observation that while natural skin and hair have become celebrated, nails have not yet seen a similar shift. The line aims to fill that gap with skincare-inspired formulations.
Key products include the Sole Foot File, Dune Nail Brush, and Buff Rings, all designed in collaboration with jewelry designer Susana Vega. Additional items such as Surface Exfoliant, Strengthening Serum, and Finishing Gel Oil round out the collection.
Beauchamp described the concept as 'skin care for your nails,' emphasizing that the brand reimagines traditional nail tools as beautiful objects of desire. The launch marks Beauchamp's first major beauty project since leaving Victoria Beckham Beauty.
