Indian CDMO Naturis Cosmetics Secures $10.4 Million Investment
Naturis Cosmetics, a leading Indian contract development and manufacturing organization, has raised Rs 100 crore ($10.4 million) in its first institutional funding round led by Sharrp Ventures.
The investment will be used to expand Naturis' manufacturing footprint, strengthen R&D capabilities, and support the company's next phase of growth. The firm plans to build a new manufacturing unit in Vapi, Gujarat, and a new R&D center in Mumbai, along with an experience center in the NCR region.
Naturis Cosmetics specializes in skincare, haircare, makeup, fragrance, personal care, and pharmaceutical products. The company boasts over 500 formulations and partners with more than 50 leading brands in the beauty and personal care space.
Operating from a 200,000-square-foot facility, Naturis provides end-to-end services including R&D, formulation IP, manufacturing, packaging, and private-label capabilities. The company helps BPC brands bring innovative products to market efficiently.
The funding round marks a milestone for Naturis as it moves into institutional investment, positioning itself to capture growth in high-potential beauty and wellness categories.
