Gucci Unveils 2026 High Jewellery Collection Inspired by Flora and Nautical Motifs
Gucci has introduced a new high jewellery collection for 2026, featuring four families that draw on floral and maritime themes, including the iconic Flora motif and knot-inspired designs.
Gucci's latest high jewellery collection comprises four distinct families: Gucci Flora, Gucci Nodo, Everlasting G and Iconic Signatures. The pieces reinterpret archival motifs such as the Horsebit and Marina Chain, showcasing the maison's Italian craftsmanship.
The Gucci Flora family pays homage to the brand's longstanding connection with nature. Originally created in 1966 by Vittorio Accornero for a silk scarf commissioned as a gift for Grace Kelly, the Flora motif has become a beloved symbol. In this collection, it appears in a parure of necklace, earrings and rings that capture the ephemeral beauty of poppies. Rubies and rubellite tourmalines form the petals in shades of crimson purple, while titanium provides structure and volume. An openwork setting allows light to filter through, enhancing the vividness.
The Gucci Nodo family reinterprets the knot as a symbol of strength and maritime tradition. Introduced by Gucci in the 1960s, the motif is used in a fluid, flexible chain design for necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings.
The Everlasting G and Iconic Signatures families round out the collection, further emphasizing Gucci's signature design language.
The collection underscores Gucci's continued investment in high jewellery, leveraging rare gems and innovative techniques such as titanium sculpting. Each piece is crafted in Italy, reflecting the house's heritage of artisanal excellence.
