Ennismore plans Delano London opening for early 2027

Delano London will open in early 2027 overlooking Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, bringing the Delano brand to a neighbourhood of Victorian buildings and embassies. The hotel will feature a wellness-focused Source by Delano, a members club and a curated art collection.

The property is set in one of London’s most distinguished districts, with views over Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park and surroundings that include grand Victorian architecture and embassy buildings.

The Source by Delano will focus on restorative and rejuvenating movement and longevity. Its offering will include contrast therapy, treatment spaces and state-of-the-art facilities, alongside a changing roster of practitioners, residencies and collaborations.

London-based art consultancy Cramer & Bell has curated an original collection celebrating British art alongside established international artists. Highlights include South African artist Kimathi Mafafo and London-based artists Isaac Andrews, Hormazd Narielwalla and Gergei Erdei.

The Delano Members Club is designed to bring together a global community of creative, accomplished and curious minds. Members will have access to experiences, partnerships and privileges locally and internationally, while the Delano Beyond programme will provide bespoke travel experiences.

Ben Pundole, chief brand officer for Delano Hotels, said the brand has always been about creating a feeling. He added that bringing Delano to London is particularly special because it is his home city, with a rich and varied cultural history.
