E.l.f. Beauty Lifts Fiscal 2027 Sales Forecast to $1.93-$1.96 Billion

E.l.f. Beauty raised its full-year fiscal 2027 sales outlook to $1.93 billion-$1.96 billion after a strong first quarter, putting the company on track to approach $2 billion in annual revenue.

The company, which also owns Naturium and Rhode, now expects net sales of $1.93 billion to $1.96 billion for the fiscal year ending March 2027, up from its previous guidance of $1.83 billion to $1.86 billion. The revised forecast follows a robust fiscal first quarter and tariff refunds.

Net sales for the quarter increased 36 percent to $479.4 million, exceeding Wall Street's projection of $431 million. Adjusted net income climbed to $104.6 million from $51.3 million in the same period a year earlier.

The company said it achieved its 30th consecutive quarter of net sales growth, representing more than seven straight years of increases. Chief Executive Officer Tarang Amin said in a statement that he was proud of the team for delivering another quarter of industry-leading results.

E.l.f. Beauty first surpassed $1 billion in net sales during its fiscal year ended March 2024. With the updated outlook, the company is positioned to nearly double that figure in three years, closing in on the $2 billion milestone.
