Domino's Singapore Pivots to Impulse Orders with New 'Unbox Your Cravings' Campaign
Domino's Pizza Singapore launches a new marketing strategy focused on impulse purchases, backed by the Thick Crunch Pizza range and a refreshed brand identity to drive more frequent orders.
On June 2, Domino's Pizza Singapore unveiled its "Unbox Your Cravings" campaign and introduced the Thick Crunch Pizza range, marking a strategic shift from occasion-based ordering to impulse-driven purchases.
Country manager Nicholas Pang explained that the chain observed customers traditionally ordered Domino's for celebrations or group events. The new approach aims to tap into spontaneous cravings, encouraging individuals to order on a whim rather than only for planned occasions.
The Thick Crunch Pizza range is designed to cater to smaller, more frequent orders, moving away from the party-sized bundles that previously dominated the menu. The brand refresh includes updated visual assets and marketing materials to support the new messaging.
Domino's Singapore is betting that this focus on cravings will boost order frequency and capture a larger share of the fast-casual pizza market, where impulse decisions play a significant role in consumer behavior.
