Chris Street appointed to lead Imperial Brands Global Travel Retail

Imperial Brands has named Chris Street as General Manager of its Global Travel Retail, Rizla & Nordics business, succeeding Pierpaolo Pascucci, as Davidoff cigarettes prepares to mark its 100th anniversary in 2026.

The leadership change places Street at the head of Imperial Brands' travel retail operations during a significant year for the company. Pascucci, the outgoing General Manager for Global Travel Retail, Rizla & Nordics, has taken on a new assignment as General Manager for the DACH region, covering Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Street brings experience from several senior roles across the organisation to his new position. His mandate includes strengthening Imperial Brands' presence in the travel retail channel through category development, partnerships and portfolio investment.

The appointment coincides with the upcoming centenary of Davidoff cigarettes, which will be celebrated in 2026. Imperial Brands described the milestone as a highlight of Davidoff's heritage and craftsmanship, while underscoring its focus on consumer-led innovation and premium brand building.

The anniversary forms part of Imperial Brands' broader 2030 strategy, which places emphasis on brand building, product quality and targeted innovation. The company reaffirmed its commitment to combustible tobacco as a key driver of footfall and spending in the channel.

Street is scheduled to meet customers and partners at the TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in Cannes, scheduled for 27 September to 1 October, where Imperial Brands will showcase the Davidoff cigarettes centenary alongside other innovations.
