Air France opens first branded lounge at London Heathrow Terminal 4
Air France has launched its first dedicated lounge at London Heathrow Airport, featuring French-inspired design, dining and hospitality for premium passengers.
The 750sq m lounge, located in Terminal 4, officially opened on 7 July and is available to Air France La Première, Business and Flying Blue Elite Plus customers, as well as eligible travellers flying with KLM and SkyTeam member airlines.
Designed in collaboration with agency MARKS Brandimage, the space seats 150 guests and is open daily from 5am to 10pm. The interior reflects Air France’s visual identity through a palette of blue, white and red, complemented by heritage-inspired elements including the airline’s winged seahorse emblem and vintage travel posters.
Furnishings feature work by several French designers, including Margaux Keller, Pierre Paulin, Patrick Jouin and Christophe Pillet. A central dining area forms the heart of the lounge, with seating for around 60 guests across communal and individual tables.
The menu changes throughout the day and includes a selection of hot and cold French-inspired dishes, such as beef bourguignon, alongside vegetarian options. The lounge represents the first dedicated Air France lounge at Heathrow, strengthening the airline’s airport hospitality offering at one of its key European gateways.
