Chinese Fund HSG Acquires Majority Stake in Golden Goose

Chinese investment firm HSG has completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Golden Goose, with the transaction receiving all necessary regulatory approvals. The deal, first announced in December 2025, also includes Temasek and True Light Capital as minority shareholders.
