TOTEME Opens Miami Boutique at Bal Harbour Shops

Swedish fashion label TOTEME has opened a 1,010-square-foot boutique at Bal Harbour Shops in Miami, blending Scandinavian aesthetics with local tropical influences through a design by Stockholm architects Halleroed.

TOTEME has expanded its retail footprint with a new store at Bal Harbour Shops in Miami. The 1,010-square-foot space on Level 2 was designed in collaboration with Halleroed, the brand's long-term creative partners.

The boutique interior merges Nordic restraint with Miami's lush environment. Key features include low Liljevalchs sofas by Josef Frank for Svenskt Tenn, upholstered in a 1930s floral print called Celotocaulis, and archival botanical engravings framed in hand-woven banana leaves.

Co-founder Karl Lindman said the design aimed to bring the local landscape into TOTEME's visual language. The store carries the full collection, including ready-to-wear, bags, shoes, accessories, jewelry, and swimwear.

Founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Lindman, TOTEME has built a loyal following among women seeking intentional, contemporary fashion. The Miami location is the latest in a series of carefully curated retail spaces for the brand.
