Phases Debuts Telehealth Platform With Nine Peptide Treatments Aimed at Women
Phases, a Los Angeles-based telehealth startup founded by husband-and-wife team Lana and Joseph Elie-Meyers, has launched with nine peptide-based treatments designed around women's health needs spanning postpartum, perimenopause and menopause.
The platform went live Tuesday with a menu of nine peptide treatments, all built around what the founders describe as women's changing health needs from the postpartum period through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
Lana Elie-Meyers, the company's chief executive officer, previously founded the floral marketplace Floom, which was acquired by BloomNation in 2025. She said her own postpartum experience — coping with anxiety, eczema and brain fog — led her to explore peptides and to identify what she saw as a gap in care designed specifically for women.
Joseph Elie-Meyers, who serves as chief operating officer, is a former civil rights litigator. He has drawn on that legal background to work through the regulatory questions surrounding the business.
Phases is entering a category where interest in peptides has been rising sharply. Lana Elie-Meyers framed the treatments as complements to a healthy routine rather than stand-alone remedies, saying she personally saw strong results after trying them while maintaining clean living habits, regular exercise and a balanced diet.
"We don't sit in the position of these are miracle drugs that you can do nothing else in your life and see results from," she said, describing the company's approach as additive to a healthy lifestyle.
