Four Seasons Unveils 2027 Pipeline Spanning Dominican Republic, Gstaad, Jacksonville and Belize
Four Seasons has outlined four properties set to open or reopen in 2027, ranging from a beachfront resort in SamanĂ¡ Bay to the return of a 1910 Gstaad landmark after a major transformation.
The Dominican Republic project, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia, is planned for Playa Esmeralda's white sand beaches in SamanĂ¡ Bay, combining a beachfront setting with tropical modernist architecture by Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld. The company described the approach as sustainable luxury hospitality.
In Switzerland, The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel will return after an extensive transformation led by Joseph Dirand. First opened in 1910, the property is being positioned around its alpine heritage alongside a new take on contemporary luxury, an elevated culinary program and redesigned social spaces.
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Jacksonville will anchor the redeveloped Jacksonville Shipyards, creating a hospitality and residential destination near the city's sports complex and a future stadium. Dining will include a signature rooftop venue overlooking the St. Johns River, joined by a spa and resort-style pools.
In Belize, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Caye Chapel is planned as a secluded Caribbean retreat with overwater bungalows, a Greg Norman-designed golf course and a nature conservation institute led by Fabien Cousteau.
The four projects together extend the group's reach across the Caribbean, the Swiss Alps and the southeastern United States, adding both new-build resorts and the revival of a historic European property.
