UK tribunal lets part of Apple-Amazon consumer claim proceed

Britain's Competition Appeal Tribunal has allowed a portion of a consumer lawsuit against Apple and Amazon to move ahead over claims the two companies curbed competition in Apple product sales on Amazon's UK marketplace.
