China and EU Reach Understanding on Hybrid Vehicle Export Volumes

China and the European Union have reached an understanding on the volume of Chinese hybrid vehicles exported to the bloc, with projected shipments potentially cut by more than half over four years. The arrangement is not yet a signed, binding contract.
