He Yong, Pioneer of Chinese Punk Behind 'Garbage Dump', Dies at 57

He Yong, whose single album Garbage Dump made him one of Chinese punk's most enduring voices, has died at 57. The singer, blacklisted in 1996, was remembered this week by much of China's alternative music scene.
