Armani heirs favour a stock market listing over a sale as talks open on 15% stake

The heirs of Giorgio Armani prefer an eventual flotation to selling the fashion house to a large industry buyer, while pressing ahead with talks on an initial minority stake. The designer's will sets out a timetable for disposing of 15% of the company, followed by a further 30% to 54.9% or a listing.
