Wynn Al Marjan Island Unveils Ultra-Private Townhomes
Wynn Al Marjan Island has added Townhomes, a new category of exclusive accommodation inside its Enclave boutique hotel, offering two- to four-bedroom residences with private spas and grand living spaces.
The new Townhomes at Wynn Al Marjan Island range from 630 square metres for two-bedroom layouts to 1,110 square metres for four-bedroom configurations, each spanning two levels. The residences draw inspiration from Parisian hôtels particuliers, the aristocratic urban mansions known for their refined privacy and architectural grandeur.
Todd-Avery Lenahan, president and chief creative officer of Wynn design and development, said the Townhomes represent an entirely different category of accommodation. “This is an entirely different category of accommodation, defined by privacy, scale and a level of residential design rarely found in a resort setting,” he said.
Each Townhome features expansive primary suites, dedicated private spa facilities, and multiple elegant salons for living and entertaining. Soaring vaulted ceilings and grand staircases enhance the sense of luxury, creating an atmosphere that blends warmth with authenticity.
The launch is positioned to redefine ultra-private hospitality in the region, catering to guests seeking a secluded retreat while remaining at the heart of the resort's vibrant destination. The Townhomes are situated within Enclave, the boutique hotel component of Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE.
