UNICO Hotel Collection Expands to Jamaica With Montego Bay Resort
Reservations are now open for UNICO 18˚77˚ Montego Bay, the brand's first property outside Mexico, set to debut in 2027 along the Jamaican coastline.
UNICO Hotel Collection has opened reservations for its upcoming Montego Bay resort, marking the brand's first expansion beyond Mexico. The property is scheduled to welcome guests in 2027.
The beachfront development will include 451 guest rooms and suites, with most offering ocean views and private spa tubs on outdoor terraces. On-site amenities will feature nine restaurants and bars, four pools, and the largest Esencia Wellness Spa in the collection's portfolio.
Design and programming are inspired by Jamaica's artistic traditions, culinary heritage, natural beauty and vibrant culture. Locally commissioned artwork, destination-inspired wellness treatments, Jamaican flavors, specialty coffee experiences, live music and curated cultural activities are planned to connect guests with the island.
The resort is positioned to accommodate couples, solo travelers, celebrations and group gatherings, with flexible indoor and outdoor venues for weddings, meetings and special events.
At the heart of each stay is UNICO's signature Local Host service, offering personalized assistance before and throughout the visit. Hosts can arrange dinner reservations, spa treatments, golf outings and off-property excursions, allowing guests to spend less time planning and more time experiencing Jamaica.
