The Knox, Auberge Collection sets January 2027 opening in Dallas

Auberge Collection has opened bookings for The Knox, a new urban hotel on Dallas's Knox Street set to welcome guests from January 29, 2027, with interiors by Martin Brudnizki.

The property is positioned as a social hub within the Knox Street neighbourhood, one of the Texas city's busiest dining and retail districts. Rooms will be bookable for arrivals from January 29, 2027, according to the announcement.

Design work has been handled by Martin Brudnizki, whose interiors will be paired with a restaurant programme, a wellbeing offering, a concept retail store and a collection of private residences. Auberge describes the mix as a glamorous playground carrying the intimate, residential feel of a grand estate.

"The Knox marks an exciting new chapter in Auberge Collection's growth as we bring our distinctive approach to hospitality to the world's most dynamic cities," said Christian Clerc, president and chief executive of Auberge Collection. He added that the group was proud to add the property to its portfolio and to introduce a destination that celebrates Dallas's character.

The Dallas debut forms part of a wider expansion for the brand. Next year Auberge Collection is also due to open Cambridge House, Auberge Collection, in London's Mayfair, bringing luxury accommodation, bespoke service, dining and a dedicated wellbeing destination to the district.

Auberge Collection operates a portfolio of hotels and resorts positioned around design-led, residential-style hospitality. The Knox extends that model into an urban setting in Dallas.
