Park Hyatt Riviera Maya Set to Open as Brand's First All-Inclusive Resort in November 2026

Park Hyatt Riviera Maya, the hotel collection's first all-inclusive resort, will welcome guests in November 2026 on the Caribbean coast between Cancún and Puerto Morelos.

The property will be nestled within AMAI, an enclave of luxury retreats set along the white-sand Caribbean shore. Surrounded by a winding mangrove coastline, the resort’s architecture is designed to foster spaciousness and ease, offering guests moments of privacy and connection in a tranquil setting.

Park Hyatt Riviera Maya will incorporate regionally sourced materials and draw on traditional Mexican construction and craft techniques, aligning with the brand's modern luxury experience and uncompromising service standards. It represents a new format for Park Hyatt, bringing its acclaimed culinary expertise to an all-inclusive model.

The announcement comes as Park Hyatt accelerates its expansion in Mexico. Park Hyatt Cabo del Sol opened on the Baja California coast in December 2025, marking the brand's first property in the country, while Park Hyatt Mexico City is scheduled to debut in early 2027.

With its secluded beachfront location and emphasis on serenity, the resort aims to redefine expectations for luxury travelers visiting the Riviera Maya, a destination gaining increasing attention among discerning global travelers.
