ORA Hospitality to Launch Ultra-Luxury Brand With €100 Million Mykonos Resort in 2027
ORA Hospitality, the design-led hotel arm of ORA Developers, is launching a new ultra-luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand whose first property will open on Mykonos in May 2027. The €100 million resort above Kalo Livadi Bay will carry 93 keys, four restaurants and bars, and a 900-square-metre wellness centre.
The debut property is planned for an elevated hillside above Kalo Livadi Bay, on what the company describes as a rare, largely undeveloped stretch of prime coastline with uninterrupted views across the Aegean Sea. The investment is valued at €100 million.
The resort will offer 93 keys in total: 60 rooms, 28 suites and five exclusive villas. They will be laid out in a village-style arrangement, each with sea views and private outdoor spaces.
Food and beverage will run across four restaurants and bars, while events space will accommodate up to 200 guests. A 900-square-metre wellness centre will focus on skincare, recovery, movement and wellbeing.
The new brand, which has not yet been named, is positioned for travellers drawn to Mykonos' energy but looking for a more relaxed, restorative stay. It promises to weave art, architecture, music, wellness and local gastronomy into each property, backed by personal service and what the company calls unexpected moments of delight.
Rockwell Group is designing the resort, with an emphasis on indoor-outdoor spaces intended to blend contemporary luxury with the natural setting.
ORA Hospitality is the design-driven hospitality division of global real estate group ORA Developers, which is chaired and founded by Egyptian billionaire Naguib Sawiris. The Mykonos property is described as the flagship of a wider future portfolio.
