Milan Fashion Week Stages Four Global Collective Showcases
Four internationally focused projects brought Chinese, North African–Middle Eastern, Brazilian and Sino-Korean fashion to the Milan runway, including a Keqiao collective show built around an Italy-China textile dialogue.
The four presentations were the Keqiao Collective Runway Show, the Oriental Fashion Show, Brazilian Sustainable Fashion and B Iconic, each organised as a collective platform rather than a single-designer outing.
The Keqiao project framed its Milan appearance around the exchange between Italy and China, two countries whose cultural and manufacturing identities are closely tied to fashion and textiles. Italy contributed its creative, sartorial and production traditions, while China brought a long textile heritage and an industrial base increasingly directed toward research and design.
Labels Gu Yuandai, Liu Hongchao, Sancailiyi and Sayaanno were the brands featured in the Keqiao presentation, which showed for the Spring–Summer 2027 season.
Together the four showcases extended the week's international footprint to Chinese, North African–Middle Eastern, Brazilian and Sino-Korean fashion.
