Jacquemus Opens Miami Design District Store, Eyes Mexico City and Madrid Next
The French fashion house has unveiled a two-floor boutique in Miami Design District, with new stores planned for Mexico City and a six-month tie-up in Madrid.
The new Jacquemus store occupies 270 square metres (2,906 square feet) over two levels in Miami Design District, marking the label's push into South Florida.
The interior translates the house's design codes through natural light, warm materials and handcrafted finishes. Its exterior facade is built around expansive glass openings and a dedicated window display.
A central staircase in Saint-Marc Jaune stone, supplied by Marbrek, links the floors, paired with a bespoke forged-metal balustrade by Battaglia.
The boutique was conceived by founder Simon Porte Jacquemus together with the architectural firm OMA, carrying the brand's Mediterranean sensibility into the Miami market.
Beyond Florida, the company plans to expand into Mexico through a partnership with a local operator, with Mexico City named as a destination for a new boutique.
In Spain, Jacquemus is preparing a six-month collaboration with department store group El Corte Inglés in Madrid, adding a second European retail project to its pipeline.
