Fairmont New Orleans Sets November 2026 Debut and Opens Reservations
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of Accor, has begun taking bookings for stays from November 2, 2026 at Fairmont New Orleans, its 19th property in the United States. The 250-room hotel will occupy 17 floors of a 31-story landmark in the city's former Bank of New Orleans building.
Reservations opened for the Accor-owned luxury brand's newest U.S. address ahead of the hotel's scheduled debut, with arrival dates starting November 2, 2026.
Developed by Kailas Companies, Fairmont New Orleans takes up 17 stories of the former Bank of New Orleans building, a 31-story landmark originally designed in 1970 by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
The reimagined property will offer 250 guest rooms and suites, alongside multiple restaurant and bar venues created in partnership with Chef Emeril Lagasse and his team.
A rooftop pool and lounge, billed as the highest in the city with views over the Mississippi, will be joined by the intimate rooftop bar Third Measure and Bleu Perdu, a Fairmont Gold space offering a hotel-within-a-hotel experience. The spa will include three treatment rooms, a couples suite with dry sauna and steam room, and a fitness studio.
Interior design by Rockwell Group is built around a celebration of the tension between built and natural environments, a theme the brand ties to New Orleans itself, with structured architectural lines softened by layered textures, saturated color and organic references to the city's landscape and cultural depth.
