Estée Lauder Discloses Fiscal 2026 Executive Pay, With CEO Package at $20.58 Million

The Estée Lauder Cos. detailed fiscal 2026 compensation for its top executives in its annual report, with president and chief executive Stéphane de La Faverie receiving a total package of $20.58 million, up from $9.6 million a year earlier.

De La Faverie's package comprised a base salary of $1.5 million, stock and option awards totaling $14.7 million, and $4.1 million in non-equity incentive compensation, along with additional benefits, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings. The company noted that the full value of the stock options may never be realized because of stock price fluctuations and vesting schedules.

Executive vice president and chief financial officer Akhil Shrivastava received a total package of $5.1 million, including a base salary of $900,000 and stock and option awards of $2.6 million.

Executive vice president and chief brand officer Jane Hertzmark Hudis was listed at $11.3 million, made up of a base salary of $1.34 million and $6.5 million in stock and option awards.

The report also disclosed pay for executive vice president and general counsel Rashida La Lande at $7.6 million, and executive vice president and chief value chain officer Roberto Canevari at $6.4 million.

The compensation figures cover a mix of base salary, pension, stock options, bonuses and other benefits. They were released alongside the beauty company's fourth-quarter results, which showed net sales rising 6 percent to $3.6 billion.
