Dubai Airports rolls out Arabian hospitality programme at DXB Terminal 3

Dubai Airports has launched 'Dubai Welcome' experiences across DXB Terminal 3 for August, offering travellers entertainment, refreshments and interactive touches including personalised welcome signs and police mascots.

Dubai Airports is welcoming travellers to Dubai International (DXB) with a month-long programme of Arabian hospitality experiences in Terminal 3. The 'Dubai Welcome' initiative runs throughout August and is designed to greet residents returning from summer breaks, international visitors and transfer passengers.

Activations span baggage claim, arrivals and transit areas, blending entertainment with complimentary food and refreshments. Young travellers are met by mascots from Dubai Police and the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs (GDIFA), while families and friends can create personalised signs at the 'Make Your Welcome Home Sign' station, using stickers and Dubai-inspired decorations.

The welcome extends to the Dubai Taxi area, where passengers are offered cold towels, refreshments and treats supplied by Mirzam, Emirati District, Emirates Flight Catering and oneDXB partners.

According to Dubai Airports, the experiences form part of its wider efforts to position DXB as an airport environment centred on 'familiarity, warmth and care', reinforcing the emirate's renowned hospitality from the moment passengers arrive.
