Derbion Mall Expands Beauty Line-Up With Savers, Thérapie and Royal Oud

Derbion, an East Midlands retail and leisure destination, has announced three new beauty arrivals: value health and beauty chain Savers, skincare and treatment specialist Thérapie, and fragrance brand Royal Oud. The signings span value, premium fragrance and advanced treatments, reinforcing beauty’s role at the centre.

Value health and beauty specialist Savers has signed a 10-year lease for a 3,207 sq ft store. The unit will carry health and beauty products, household goods, medicines and fragrances. Savers operates as a sister brand to Superdrug.

Royal Oud has taken a 655 sq ft space for luxury perfumes, oud oils and bakhoor incense. Thérapie has signed for a 2,004 sq ft clinic offering laser hair removal, cosmetic injections and advanced skin treatments.

The three arrivals cover a range of price points, from value health and beauty to premium fragrance and treatment services.

Derbion said beauty continues to perform strongly and has become the centre’s biggest turnover category contributor.

Over the past two years, five health and beauty retailers at Derbion have refitted or relocated, investing a combined £3.37m in their stores.
