Delano Hotels to Open Delano Puglia in Monopoli, Italy, in 2028
Delano Hotels has announced plans to open Delano Puglia in the historic port city of Monopoli along Italy’s Adriatic coast in 2028. The property will feature 76 guestrooms, including 13 suites, plus wellness and event spaces.
The new Delano Puglia will be set along Puglia’s Adriatic shoreline in Monopoli, a historic port city. The hotel is planned for a secluded Mediterranean landscape defined by crystalline waters, rocky coves and sweeping sea views.
The property will offer 76 guestrooms, 13 of which will be suites. It will also include a curated mix of leisure, wellness, social and retail experiences intended to capture the essence of the destination.
Wellness facilities will be anchored by The Source by Delano, blending restoration with expression through elevated movement spaces, pools and programming. Flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces are also planned to accommodate gatherings and connections.
Design plans call for light-filled interiors, fluid indoor-outdoor transitions and a natural palette to create spaces described as timeless, contemporary and alluring.
Puglia has become known for its whitewashed towns, historic architecture and deeply rooted culinary traditions, positioning it as a luxury destination that offers a discreet and authentic alternative to Italy’s established resort enclaves.
