Aeffe Confirms €115 Million Oxy Capital Bid as Restructuring Advances

Italian fashion group Aeffe has received a bidding offer of approximately €115 million from Oxy Capital under its negotiated crisis settlement procedure, with the deal now structured around three newly created operating companies.

Aeffe, the Italian group behind Moschino, Alberta Ferretti and Pollini, has confirmed a bid from Oxy Capital valuing the transaction at roughly €115 million, as part of its ongoing restructuring and negotiated settlement procedure for the business crisis. The procedure carries an expiry date of October 4.

Under the revised structure, the group would not be acquired by a single buyer that would later be broken up. Instead, substantially all of the Aeffe and Pollini businesses would be purchased directly by three newly incorporated, independent operating companies indirectly controlled by Oxy.

Those entities would run operations in Italy, covering the Moschino and Alberta Ferretti brands and the production facilities in San Giovanni in Marignano, as well as the Pollini business. Employees from the Italian operations affected by the transaction would transfer to the new companies.

The investment is to be made by a pool of industrial and financial co-investors, including an industrial investor listed in China. Illimity and Banca Ifis are expected to provide the plan financing. Final agreements with the co-investors are anticipated by the end of October.

Completing the transaction is scheduled for the first weeks of 2027. Talks are also under way with representatives of the Ferretti family, which holds the majority of Aeffe's share capital through the vehicles Colloportus and FQuattro, about their possible participation in the deal.
